Superman Is Dead,itulah nama band asal Bali tersebut.Band yang beraliran Punk n Roll ini digawangi oleh Bobby Kool pada vokal n Guitar,Jerinx or JRX pada Drum n Eka rock pada Bass ini awal dibentuk pada tahun 1995 oleh Jerinx N Bobby Kool.Mereka berdua bertemu di Kuta Bali.Pada awal mereka menggunakan aditional Bassist yaitu Ajuzt n mereka dulu menyanyikan lagu-lagu dari GreenDay.hari berganti hari akhirnya mereka memperoleh Bassist Yaitu Eka Rock.Arti nama dari Superman Is Dead yaitu semua manusia yang sempurna hanyalah illusi belaka.Pada Tahun 2003 mereka mengeluarkan album pertama mereka yaitu Kuta Rock City dibawah label Sony Music Indonesia.Pada album memiliki single Punk Hari Ini dan Kuta Rock City yang kental dengen Greenday n NOFX.Pada tahun 2004/2005 mereka menggeluarkan album kedua mereka yaitu The Hangover Decade yang masih mengabill jalur Punk n merekan memiliki single seperti TV Brain & Bad Bad Bad.Setahun Atau 2 Tahun Kemudian mereka kembali ke studio rekaman untuk merekam album Black Market Love yang lagu2x bercerita tentang Sosial,Politik N Kemarahan Alam.Pada 2009 yang lalu mereka mengeluarkan Album Angel N The Outsiders n album ke 4 ini membawa mereka untuk mengkuti Vans Warped Tour 2009 yang menjadiakn mereka band pertama yang mengikuti festival tersebut di Indonesia & Yang kedua di Asia.

Avenged Sevenfold

Bagi para pengunjung blog yang menyukai musik rock n metal, siapa sich yang gag tau dengan band ini?Yups apalagi kalo Avenged Sevenfold.Band beraliran Metalcore Asal Hunington Beach,California ini emank ga' ada matinya cuy.Band yang di bentuk pada tahun 1999 oleh 4 pemuda yang sekolah di hunington beach high school yaitu Zack Vengence,The Rev,Matt Wendt, n M.Shadows.Pada akhir tahun 1999 Synyster Gates bergabung dengan band yang memiliki nama lain yaitu A7X.After Syn Joined dengab A7x mereja melakukan recording alias rekaman untuk album Sounding The SeventhTrumpet,pada rekaman itu mereka baru berumur 19 tahun lho.Dan pada tahun 2001 mereka menjadi band indie karena melakukan kerjasama dengan Hopeless Records & pada tahun yang sama Matt Wendt cabut dari band tersebut dan digantikan oleh Demon Ash.Tidak lama setelah berkerjasama mereka merekam ulang album Sounding The Seventh Trumpet.Pada tahun 2003 mereka mengeluarkan album yang bertajuk Waking The Fallen dengan Bassist terbarunya yaitu Johnny Christ.Salah satu lagunya yang berjudul Unholy Confessions masuk ke chart MTV,Karena lagu tersebut mereka teken kontrak dengan Warbner Bros. Records.Tahun 2005 mereka menelurkan album City Of Evil dengan beberapa lagu seperti Seize The Day, Burb It Down,Beast and The Harlot dll.Album ini cukup ramai di pasar musik dunia terutama pada permainan gitar dilagunya yang di mainkan oleh Zacky V n Synyster Gates.Pada 2006 mereka kembali ke studio rekaman untuk merekam album berjudul Self Titled alias Avenged Sevenfold n pada awal Agustus 2007 mereka datang lho ke NKRI & setahun kemudian mereka juga menggemparkan Istora Senayan di Jakarta City n pada tahun itu juga mereka mengekuarkan konser album bertajuk Diamonds In The Rough & Live In The LBC.Pada tahun 2009 di tahap finishing album ke-5 berita duka menghampiri band ini.Berita duka tersebut datang karena drumer mereka Jimmy"The Reverend"Sullivan meninggal dunia n berita tersebut memebuat para Sevenfoldism terkejut termasuk saya.Saya mewakili para sevenfoldism mengucapkan RIP The Rev dan akan kami kenang selamanya di hati para SEVENFOLDISM.
